Mr. Bodenheimer is a skilled professional who will work to ensure that your child receives an academically rigorous education this school year. He holds both an Oregon K-12 Teaching Credential with an English Language Arts Endorsement and California Clear Single Subject Credential in English Language Arts. After graduating from high school as valedictorian, he earned his BA in English Literature from Smith College, and pursued graduate work in education at Mills College. Mr. Bodenheimer has eight years of joyful teaching experience in college preparatory private schools in San Francisco and Portland. He has taught 9th-12th grade English, English as a second language classes, and AP Language and Composition. Over the years, he facilitated several workshops on inclusive curriculum at the California Association of Teachers of English conferences. Teaching is his passion and his life’s work.
